The Steel & Materials Committee of KUICA promotes bilateral cooperation in advanced materials and steel technologies, enhancing competitiveness in construction, energy, and manufacturing sectors.

The Steel & Materials Committee strengthens collaboration between Korea and the U.S. in steel production, advanced alloys, and next-generation materials. With industries increasingly reliant on lightweight, durable, and sustainable materials, the committee provides a forum for technical exchange and partnership building.

It promotes cooperation in green steel, specialty alloys, composites, and recycling technologies, while addressing global supply chain challenges and sustainability goals.
